  1. jeffrey David Matthews was setenced to the death sentence for killing his uncle. I dont think he should get death sentenced because, even if they have a witness, they still dont have enougth physical eveidence to place him at the scene pf the crime, to convict him to death.

  3. i dont think david matthews should not be setenced to the death only for killing his uncle. i dont think its enough to put someone for death, they should give him maybe like 15 years because he only killed one person but not setenced him for death.

  4. Jeffrey David Matthews shouldn't get death sentences because he only killed his uncle. i understand that it was horrible but he didn't kill more then 1 person.

  5. Jeffrey David MAtthews should not get the death penalty because it serious that he killed his uncle but not that serious for the death penalty people can change after they really realized what they have done.
